Please try resetting your password via the ‘Forgot password’ option.
How do I update/reset my password?
- Open the app
- Open the email and copy the confirmation code.
- Open the One61 Watch app, paste this code in the confirmation code page. -
Tap the ‘Confirm’ button
- In the update password page, enter new password and confirm password
- Tap confirm
- Tap Login link
- Tap ‘Forgot password’
- Enter your registered email and we will send you a confirmation code
- Tap the ‘Confirm’ button
- You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org
